Somebody posted to me, as a joke (I think), that the Militia should storm Washington. My response: Sounds good but the real issue is that the PEOPLE of each State Assembly voting district must DEMAND and COMPEL their State Assemblyman to sponsor and pass Joint State Sovereignty Resolutions with Arrest Provisions, so that all Federal Agents and Agencies, operating above our Tenth Amendment laws, can be Arrested, jailed and fined WITHIN each State. Each State shall proceed to State nullify, once their State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies are prepared to ENFORCE OUR Tenth Amendment law, all Federal usurpation, unlawful Acts of Congress and Presidents since 1913 and all Federal spending not authorized under Article I Section 8 of the Constitution; as these are all RESERVED TO THE STATES, RESPECTIVELY, AND THE PEOPLE. Even if we could, changing out USURPERS with another set is simply the definition of insanity. The ONLY solution is for THE STATES to ENFORCE our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws to FULL FORCE and Affect, by way of this State legislative means leading to full out incremental State Nullification of all unlawful Federal spending, usurpation and Acts of Congress and the Executive branch since 1913, and in the process restore the FULL value of our American Middle Class GROSS wages and salaries, thus DOUBLING them. The role of the State Militias is to ENFORCE the Rule of our TENTH Amendment laws, State and Popular sovereignty, individual and States Rights and any and all incremental State nullifications made by their home Country. If any Federal Agent or Agency tries to coerce or subjugate the people, small business or State Government official into compliance with any unlawful Act of Congress or the Executive branch, such as paying Income Taxes, for one of thousands of Federal usurpations, which according to the SCOTUS are NOT APPLICABLE TO Americans, or attempt to force the people of the State to comply with any Federal law that is a usurpation of power not granted to them by the States, or the people under Article I Section 8, the Militia shall back up the State and Local Law Enforcement entities to ARREST, jail and fine the Federal criminals of Constitutional contempt, tyranny and despotism. WITH THE ROLE OF THE MILITIAS, facilitated by the County Sheriff, one in each corner and center of his County for a minimum of five Constitutional Militia units, TO ENFORCE OUR TENTH AMENDMENT LAW and ALL ASSOCIATED incremental STATE NULLIFICATIONS, this is called; PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH. The Militias are actually there to provide such a force that PEACE and the RULE OF OUR TENTH AMENDMENT LAWs shall be maintained against our elected Republican and Democrat USURPERS and DESPOTS who are operating above the law and using their gun toting, alphabet soup Federal Agencies of jackbooted thugs of tyranny, coercion, subjugation and terror, against our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws, to shackle and eviscerate our individual and States Rights and sovereignty, our economy, our jobs and our FREEDOM.
