Somebody show me how prayer is supposed to help a person out in life. Is there a right way to pray and a wrong way to pray? Are you supposed to pray where other people and not God is supposed to be able to hear you? If you pray alone in your room is that the wrong way to pray? Help me understand the importance of prayer. I understand it coincides or goes hand in hand or something like that with some kind of faith that everything is going to be alright or some ideal like that. That just isnt how my mind works to believe that kind of idea of faith. Blind faith to me can be foolish but what puzzles me is I can never say that blind faith is a 100 percent foolish thing to believe in. Sometimes miraculously enough , blind faith actually works. The odds of it working are against you though. Its just about the same thing as believing in blind luck and I guess it is the same thing.
