Someday Im writing a book yall Im telling ya! This stuff could only happen to me! Long story but kinda funny. Im driving down Page rd in Nashville and I see a well to do mid forties lady in a coat Im sure cost more than I made last month staring at a flat on a car that I know cost more than I made last year! I turn around get out and ask Maam would you like some help? Her response while extremely snooty and uppity was Yeah thatd be great. I look at the tire and ask her if she has the lug key well she has NO idea what Im talking about so I ask her where her jack is ....once again I may as well been speaking German. Well we find everything in the trunk so I start to work she walks around to get back in the car????? So as gently and gentlemanly as I can I offer my truck if shes cold she can rest there. Well you thought I threw a rock at her she not so kindly declines my offer. As I get the vehicle jacked up and the spare removed shes on the phone with someone discussing the inconvenience of a flat tire and how this guy is taking forever to change hers. Keep in mind were ten minutes from the time I exited my truck with my olive branch. As Im beginning to put the lug nuts back on the spare car still jacked up she leans over and asks if Im ALMOST done. Now most of me wanted to say Yes maam Im finished get back in my truck and leave but I looked down at my ring thought to myself Toby Diana and Phil didnt raise you like that and Shiloh and Dakota and the twins would be really disappointed in you so I told her a couple more minutes and I will have you going maam. I stowed all her stuff back away and without a second glance she just left me standing there like I made the tire flat. I shook my head got back in the truck and motored home. Now if you have made it through this Im sure most havent before you jump her case we must assume that perhaps the elastic on her underwear had given out and theyd been slipping down all day making her grouchy and well forgive her bad attitude.
