Somehow a copy of the local upscale culinary magazine came to my house yesterday. Not sure if someone sent it to me because I posted that I used pinot noir in my sauce and decided I needed some recipes and tips or despite the fact that I used pinot noir in my sauce. Either way, I spent a delightful evening reading about the wonders of kale. Its versatile! Its nutrient dense! I will say, however, that I will not be going to Lawrenceville for handmade sausage and kielbassi anytime soon (Oh who are we kidding? I am SO going to Lawrenceville for handmade sausage and kielbassi!).
