Someone asked me recently Think about, MLK. What would he say - TopicsExpress

Someone asked me recently Think about, MLK. What would he say about all your hate and blame for white people. To which I respond: I dont hate anyone and I certainly dont blame an entire race for past, present, or future inequities. I love all of my brothers and sisters (black white brown baige etc). But in order to make changes, truth must be established and eyes must be opened. Only then can you see the problem overt or otherwise enough to understand it and mobilize to do something about it. I will and do not apologize for some peoples misinterpretation of my recognition of the truth as hate or blame because it simply is not true. If you see hate in the truth take it up with the truth because I will never spread hate or perpetuate blame on an entire race or group of people. However, I will NEVER stop showing everyone that is open enough to listen how and where racism, bigorty, and hate lives in this corrupt system that is designed to not only sustain black and minority deprivation but also to allow another race (whites with money) to disproportionately benefit from its malfeasance. What would Dr King say? The truth. The truth that is there and this videos case, is an example of institutional racism that has just been addressed in 2013 (not even fully, just reparations to those black farmers who suffered, most of whom are dead). Cut and dry racism that ruined so many lives. So if this was going on before and during MLKs time and wasnt even addressed until 50 years after he was able to speak on it, You honestly, with a clear and conscious mind, want me to believe that there arent more systemic issues that have not yet been addressed? Racism exists because I bring it up? ?? Sir, You are a part of the problem and I obviously have more work to do.
