Someone asked me today Why dont you shoot more landscape photos? Other than the first thought that popped into my head Well, every other person I know is a landscape enthusiast. As much as I hold respect and admiration for the Nature photographers that I follow, I personally have grown simply uninterested in shooting Nature for one reason: I want to appreciate it in person and leave it there for next time. I like to meditate on the memories and bring myself back to that same place. You might say that a photograph can take us back to where we once were and give you that nostalgic comfort. I just feel a certain way when Im out and about within the trees. Without electronics or a camera. Just there to take in the moment and love it for what it is. I have different goals and aspirations for my photography, and creepy portraits just take the cake.
