Someone called me a rock star Pump instructor yesterday and I have to say that it actually bothered me a bit. I know, crazy! LOL I dont train, instruct, and coach to be a rock star ( I get up on stage and sing when I want that ;-)) I do it because I am so passionate about helping, motivating, pushing, educating and empowering others. I dont want anyone to look at me any differently then they look at themselves. Its fantastic to have someone that you can connect with and use them as a tool for your own personal goals but it is YOU that is the rock star and you should respect and treat yourself as such.
