Someone had a tough day with free throw form after leg day. Finished up let day with 4 sets of 225 pounds leg press superset with 225 pound calf raises. This was his first free throw after leg day workout. We worked through it, but he was feeling it. He has been working out using weights for the last 3 months. Every once in a while, he tests his limits. After most of our workouts, we go so he can shoot 150 free throws so he can practice shooting them while he is fatigued (emulating end of game situations). Today was brutal on his form. We worked to correct it slowly.
