CNN: House GOP Sue the President over Obamacare Stand with President Obama: Tell John Boehner to DROP his lawsuit >> Jim -- Republicans finally announced their response to the President’s executive action last night to fix our broken immigration system, and you’re not going to believe what it is. CNN Says Speaker John Boehner has filed a lawsuit against President Obama… attacking Obamacare. That’s right – instead of dealing with immigration, the issue on the table, they’re back to trying to repeal Obamacare! And then as soon as the suit was filed, GOP leaders left town until December 1st! That means: No vote on the Senate’s bipartisan immigration reform bill. No vote on a Republican alternative (maybe because there isn’t one). Not even a symbolic vote to “express disapproval” of the President’s immigration action. NOTHING! With one speech and one stroke of the pen, President Obama has made our borders more secure, stopped the government from ripping apart millions of law-abiding families, and exposed once and for all that Republicans have NO SOLUTIONS of their own.
