Someone highlighted to me that Goa+ has a clause claiming that all content generated on Goa+ is owned exclusively by Goa+. I checked and this is actually true. Your rule#4 is: 4. All comments made on Goa+ will be under sole copyright of Goa+ admins. That is actually very strange. Perhaps the Admins will care to clarify since: a. Goa+ is not a legal entity, and hence cannot claim anything in terms of copyright. b. Comments/commentary do not really fall under IP laws, as IP laws only relate to published work. Photos & Videos, on the other hand, automatically fall under IP laws the moment they are created and are always owned by the IP creator. c. In reality, Facebook has automatic rights to all IP content generated on FB, as users explicitly gave their permission when signing up and clicking the I Agree button on their ToS (Term of Service). Goa+ has no such legal standing. Heres the exact Article from the Facebook ToS. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content), you specifically give us the following permission, subject to your privacy and application settings: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Facebook (IP License). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. Rohan Govenkar and Others.
