Someone in my speech class today showed us this video. I have to say this is EXACTLY what I live for. This video sums up everything I am working toward in college!!! The movie, Fed Up describes everything from highly processed foods to added sugars and dopamine addiction. I could talk all day long about how food companies have taken advantage of the American people. All they care about is money and not our health. The reason behind Americans obesity is the FOOD INDUSTRY! As a future dietician, I dont want to just help one person at a time, I want to change our nation! I want schools to incorporate healthier meals and nutrition classes, I want wholesome foods to be LESS expensive than processed foods!!
