Someone just PMed me a question about whether #timing makes a difference in a networking company - whether the old idea of #getInEarly is really important. In a word - YES!! But, dont take my word for it - read Chapter One in the book called How to Get Filthy Stinking Rich in Network Marketing without Alienating your Friends and Family by Yarnell. Its on iTunes for just a few dollars and you can download it immediately. They also said that their sponsor had told them that if they couldnt make it in their current company, then they would fail at any other company that they attempted to work. Well ... first of al ... thanks for the vote of confidence, mr sponsor ... Next, I will tell you that my current sponsor in Modere began his career in Herbalife. He was a failure and barely made any money. He decided it was time for a change and moved to NSA (water filters). Over the next five years, he made over a million dollars. Hmmm ... kind of puts a hole into the if you cant make it here, you cant make it anywhere. People ... timing does matter. Ask any business person. If it wasnt for timing, Bain & I would still be working corporate jobs. Timing in our real estate market and seizing some opportunities that we saw, allowed us 20+ years of employment freedom. (not to knock corporate America - but it just wasnt the best fit for us). Also, dont EVER let anyone tell you that you cant do something ... NOT EVEN ME!! If you want something, you go out and get it!! End of soap box post ..... :)
