Someone just asked what is Boom Project: The Art of Hip Hop - Charity Art Exhibition & Fundraiser. So here it is... The 1st Annual Boom Project is an event dedicated to help raise funds for a local Memphis charity. This year we have chosen the Mid-South Food Bank. This two week art exhibition at Marshall Arts Gallery will help contribute to the Mid-South Food Banks efforts to Feed the Need. We are creating a Hip Hop timeline with the painting and sculptures donated to this event. The goal is to educate the public about Hip Hop culture and raise money to help the less fortunate in our community.
