Someone just commented on a post, and said this: never heard anyone use the word I, I, I so much and consider bragging non-stop to be value, geez, will someone with some maturity ( Mike Hobbs or Lawrence Tam ) please mentor David Wood a bit! I dont need to defend myself. Because Im not perfect. Ive actually never pretended to be. And am specifically saying I as many times as possible in this post, because I think that how many times you say I has almost nothing (at all) to do with how others focused you are. Being others focused is not about saying you or I --- its about your intentions, your actions, and the REASONS (behind your intentions) for WHY youre doing what youre doing. I am doing what Im doing to help people become great. There is no other reason. There is no benefit that I get for it that is beyond what I would get as an affiliate of what I do. My desire (again, focused on me) is in one direction: Helping you create the results that you want. The fact that you want results, and are aiming to achieve them doesnt mean that youre selfish, self centered, or saying here are the goals that I have too much. Because the truth is, to me (specifically pointing out the self centerdness) anyways --- to me having goals, and wanting things is not abnormally selfish --- it is a part of being a human being. And... Im only here to help you walk into that. And the truth is, if you dont have that --- theres nothing to help you walk into. Because creating the vision that creates the path is the first step. Do you have that? Are you ready? Because I am here to do one thing: To LOVE you. Thats why Im here. I believe you can become great. Lets rock. See you in New Orleans. Right Jeff?
