Someone made a movie about my life. Okay, not EXACTLY my life, but a movie about an industry I used to work in. I was a voice-over actor before I was a yoga teacher and I loved every minute in the sound booth. I loved putting on the headphones, I loved auditioning, I loved reading copy, I loved becoming different people in that dark, little room all by myself. It was hella fun and it paid pretty well...that is, when you got work. But it was bloody difficult breaking into the business. This great, new indy movie is all about that. Go see it. Lake Bell is fabulous.
