Someone may find this useful. Rode the Rip It Events Maryland Olympic Duathlon course this morning. Only did one loop due to some tired legs from yesterdays 78 mile ride (and maybe a bit from Challenge Atlantic City last weekend). But, still managed to set a few PRs. We will see how it goes next weekend when I get to once again race with my son, Evan, as part of a relay team! The course is two loops and this video captures my ride of a single loop.
