Someone once said to think on death every day. Today I do just that. My heart is heavy as God has taken yet another precious soul home to be with Him. I dont think Ive ever been surrounded by so much death; meaning the death of those whom I knew, on some level, personally. My thoughts and prayers are with the families of those who have passed: Clarence Kernstock, Haley Rytlewski, Bud Bowden, Dale Culler, Dick Kall, and Grandma Knowles. Id hate to be seen as a downer but Id like to urge us to think about death, as it is a fate that inevitably awaits each and every one of us. But more importantly, if you havent, I invite you to explore the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. I honestly dont know how people who dont believe in, not only God, but His Son, go through times like these. Christ gives us the hope that we will one day be reunited with those who have gone before us, and I cling to that hope today. May God be with each and every one of you this Sunday and I pray that you all experience the great LOVE He has for you!
