Someone please explain something to me. I continually hear from the foundation that people are just upset when things are not done the way they want them and going on continued rants about how they are for the greater good and how unfair we are to them. I am a little confused on this because I thought this was a county shelter being financially supplemented by county funds which come from the people. I want to know what makes them think that they are the only ones who know the right way to handle things and where does the arrogance come from that you are going to use taxpayers money and not answer to the public? Not a really good move to voice that arrogance and treat the public as if they dont matter or their opinions are uneducated while continuing to beg for money and help. Under estimating the public is never a good idea
