Someone please tell me why, starting in January, I am no longer allowed to make a pb&j (her favorite sandwich) for my step daughters lunch? Her school is going nut free in 2015, and are outlawing all peanuts and tree nuts, even for kids who are not allergic. I mean, I can understand not bringing in peanut butter cookies as a treat for the whole class, but in her personal lunch that she doesnt share with anyone?? Wtf. The kids who are allergic dont have to sit next to her or touch her food. I just dont get it.
