Someone posted that the police chief states there is no constitutional right to resist arrest. This is what I have to say: I think the biggest thing that has been missed is that: 1. He was a man that lived in a community and if they needed to talk to him they should have approached him in a civilized manner to talk about him selling single cigarettes. 2. When did it become such a big deal for people to sell a cigarette? Was he selling them after he bought them at a store? If he purchased them then they are his to do with as he pleased. Not die over a cigarette. Since when has our country deteriorated down to the point of where selling a single cigarette has become a crime? I dont smoke, but if all I could afford was one cigarette, and I smoked, Id hope someone would sell me ONE! WTF could be dumber than this?!! People need a Fin life!
