Someone sent me this message and Id like to know what others think about it. I respect many of the feminists I know and I certainly believe in equal rights for women. But when your diatribe becomes hateful, selfish or anti-male, I cant get with that. When we seek to oppress the opposite gender, we are destroying our families in the process. Men and women have to work together to improve our communities. Heres what she said in her message, her name is Amira Kleckly. Id love to hear thoughts: You probably will NEVER see this message, but can you PLEASE do yourself a favor and stop getting feminism mixed up with misandry? Thanks. Feminism and Misandry are two different things. Yes, there are Misandrists that happen to be feminists, but no, not all Feminists are misandrists. Im not doubting that youre an intelligent man at all, but the volume of BLACK MEN specifically who have something against black feminists in particular is sad. Its really sad. The sad thing is Half of you guys (if you guys ALREADY dont have something against black women) think any self labeled Feminists HATES men, when in reality its not about men at all. Its about WOMEN. Come one. With a simple google search, you would know this.
