Someone shared the insensitive & inhumane notice that was put up at AMK area by our dearest HDB. (It was later removed). On a side note, even after you (HDB) have apologised, it doesnt mean that we will forget about the incident. Matters may be temporary put at rest. BUT it still shows HOW CRUEL YOU ARE! Firstly, dogs are mans best friend, so LOVE them as thou they are your babies! If they have behaviour issues, ALWAYS remember! IT IS YOU at fault! & NOT THEM! Secondly, NO VET should do the operation (debark) upon request! UNLESS it is due to illnesses. Otherwise, this is cruelty! & u r indirectly participating in ABUSE! I urged AVA could remove this alternative. i think the one that typed & put up the notice should consider watching the video.
