Communication is excellent. After assessment, Kate comes back to you with a price before they start work on the vehicle-something my previous garage always failed to do. Theyre on the phone as soon as the vehicle is ready and go out of there way to make life easy for you. Paperwork always in order. Theyve come out and started my car from my garage, often at no charge, which ensures I use them time and time again and will continue to do so. They are credit to an industry which often has had a terrible reputation. Carlsberg dont make garages but if they did...
