Someone wanted this information but I do not remember which group it was so I will post it here as well. All personal care homes must be licensed in the state of pa. Here is a link to the rules and you can also do a search from here to locate past and present licenses will be located here. The License Status column of the directory indicates whether the license is in good standing with the Department. If a home has had its license denied, revoked or nonrenewed, it will be so indicated under this column.
