Something I firmly believe is true that a very wise man, Morgan Freeman who is fascinated with science and exploration, said I while talking to another very wise man, Craig Ferguson, on the Late Late show last year. When Craig asked Morgan of a certain thing should have happened Morgan responded with, Craig. In this universe if something happened then it was meant to happen. If something was not meant to happen then it could not have happened. Its so very simple and yet so many of us while away the hours, days and years of our lives asking ourselves why a thing happened and wondering why it happened to us. Its time to stop wondering why us when we should simply be living in the moment being present in the moment and dealing with what is happening in the moment to the best of our ability. Many lives are wasted by living in the past and/or being anxious about the future when are in actuality not existing in the past our the future but can ONLY exist in the now. So much depression, anxiety and sorrow the we create for ourselves and that we allow to keep us from being who we truly are and that keep us from discovering what our purpose for existing is...which brings me to one of my new favorite quotes from another wise human being, which is: The two most important days in our lives Id the day we are born and the day we discover why.
