Something I shared with an entrepreneur today => Most SUCCESSFUL entrepreneurs I meet (and I know many coast to coast) are not self-focused. In fact, Id go so far as to say that anyone who is most concerned about their OWN needs is doomed to failure. The why that drives them is that they are FIXERS. They see a problem people have and they set out to fix that problem. If they do it well, they are rewarded. The satisfaction of making a difference for others is what gives them joy. The financial freedom provided by doing it well is an enjoyable benefit, but should never be the reason why!
