Something has been bugging me all day. I get offended when people who dont understand what having a relationship with God is about accuse me of thinking Im perfect or that Im to good for people. Being a Christian and having a relationship with God does not mean Im perfect or that I think Im perfect. Im far from perfect, Im a sinner who sins in some way everyday. Being a Godly woman means I can recgonize my sins and agree with God that Im wrong. I dont always agree right away but God has a way of getting my attention. I turn from my sin and try to walk a new path. When we walk with God our lives change, God helps us strip away people and things that arent healthy for our individual walk. I in no way think Im to good for anyone but its ok for me not to be around certain things people say or do. That doesnt mean Im judging you or that I hate you, I just dont agree with the way you live your life. We must surround ourselves with people who can hold us accountable. I dont want to put myself in a situation where Id be tempted is the main reason I stay clear of certain things or places. I want my children to live a healthy life with God and have a better understanding of our Faith then I did at their age. I strive to give my kids the best and for me God is the only way. Im sorry some people dont understand the way I choose to live mylife but I will not argue with someone who doesnt know what it means to really walk with God. Praying for our community and our country. Feels better to get that load of my shoulders. IM PROUD TO SAY IM A CHRISTIAN, A GODLY WOMAN, A BELIEVER!
