Something just flicked thru my mind. The Lucy Kibaki outburst about the alleged incompetence of the late Prof. Saitoti. Was the allegation really genuine or was it a smokescreen to get the good old Prof out of the system? Something must have really spooked the former first lady but Kibaki being a deft politician played it cool. A move may have been chereographed then and as time progressed it was fine tuned to the desired effect. This icc thing is strange and people must have weighed weighty options. And with it onset,one is bound to weave the loose threads.
