Something many of us as filmmakers/music video makers need to consider, or better yet question, is how, by enacting this change, will music videos we made for small independent artists (i.e. fellow student artists, small local bands, etc.) be affected? Will we no longer be able to post these kinds of productions? Will the Fair Use and Creative Commons Licenses still apply? What about educational videos involving bands showcasing how to demonstrations? What kind of music content will be affected and how will YouTube regulate them? This doesnt just affect Independent artist on the music level, but visual artists as well.
