Something on the radio this morning brought up Connor saying that the Army would be his job one day. I said you really should be an engineer. To that he says well I have to sign up in the Army anyway and Ill probably get shot so why even think about that? It absolutely horrifies me that this is what my baby thinks his future holds :( Im sure he didnt understand the tears in my eyes or the extra long hug he got this morning but thats ok...I just hope Jason and I are parents enough to help him realize his future will be way better than he could ever imagine.
