Something people dont seem to understand is that making policy responsible for their actions is not being anti-police. When police taser a 10 year old, kill unarmed people, escalate force, and have a history of harassment but go largely unpunished people will start to lose respect. I hear the good cops hate the bad apples comments but as long as they protect these bad apples the the trust in the police will continue to erode.
