Founded in 2003, Pathfinder Guide Dog Programme is only the second German Shepherd guide dog school in the world and they need your help to raise a million in order to secure a new training facility. It doesn’t take long and it doesn’t cost much! Every £1 matters! Founded by a blind person, with a blind person on the Board of Trustees and blind people heavily involved in raising funds for this unique charity – these people know first-hand what it is like to have no sight and to experience the benefit of one of these glorious dogs as their “spectacles on legs”. With no Government funding and no money for expensive television advertising, how about helping to bring this campaign to the forefront of the public eye by posting up your “selfie” on social media pages.
