Something really spectacular happens when the talent of an artist is matched by the sheer joy of working with them. Ill never forget the people who grow me and are encouraging in study, recital, or stage. The same is true about the opposite. Dont just fight to be good at what you love, do it with joy and responsibility in a way that grows that love and inspiration in others. Frankly, that makes you more than just hirable, it makes you a life line to keep the art alive.
