Something remarkable happened in November and its just too special and thrilling not to share. :) We set out at the beginning of the month to achieve some big goals we set as a team, something that I personally have been working towards for over 2 1/2 years, an executive level promotion to Senior Director. I woke up on Nov 1st with this amazing peace and confidence and just kept saying this is happening, this IS happening!! Theres something pretty amazing that happens when you start with faith! Positive and unwaveringly BELIEF in a TEAM achievement, spurs on amazing action, inspiration, encouragement, and unparalleled support. I was so honored and excited to see the way our stylists rallied around each other, called/texted/cheered for one another- many of whom have never even met in person, who span 16 states, Canada, and Ireland! So far, this Fall we have had 22 Leadership promotions on our team including 10 Associate Stylist promotions, 3 Senior Stylists and we had 7 STAR Stylists hit in November and our first team leadership promotion in IRELAND!! And even when things started to get tricky, I had this overwhelming sense that IT IS WELL with my soul. I guess I learned something pretty amazing.... that when you start with faith, surround yourself with positive, enthusiastic women, and truly feel JOY at the success of others, amazing things CAN and WILL happen! But it was more than just all these leadership promotions, it was the culmination of each woman fulling her dream, her goal, her WHY for her business. If you need a dose of encouragement or inspiration, come alongside a group of women as they work towards, and blow past, personal goals and dreams. :) A special thank you to all of our hostesses, customers, and friends- our business simply wouldnt be what it is without all of your support!!
