Something that Ive talked about before is bullying! It is omnipresent- a colleague of mine phoned me last night in disarray by the way a Supervisor had reacted when she phone to advise she was not well and would not be able to do an early shift today. well I am not going to ring around and find a replacement for you now ...said the Supervisor youll just have to come into work. It happens in many ways; most especially the younger members of staff not liking you or your work standards; either ignore you or accord you tasks (when they oversee you) that maybe a tad menial or not au rigeur . It amazes me at the levels of arrogance and bullishness that exist. It permeates society and the work place. I guess I take it with a grain of salt. Bullying can come in the guise of apathy or indeed non-conforming. the team ethos (something that I wrest upon) almost always is ignored by those that have a loud opine or are disenchanted or indeed are disillusioned. As for my colleague last night ; you my love are a treasure The bully I worked with today- your dismissive body language and indeed or prevalent immaturity will hopefully one day (bite you on the bum) one hopes. Love what I do, love the people I cherish, love the people I can laugh with love the people I can respect- the others? You just ruin my work existence !!! JOSEPH
