Something that really bothers me is how readily people will take someones word for good when their friend told them, I know a guy that knows another guy that said it was going to happen like this. Never accept someones word for truth without at least investigating it for yourself. People will probably get mad at you like they do me when I tell them thanks but I still want to check it for myself. But thats better than not looking it up and them being wrong and you paying the price for it.
