Something thats always weighed heavy on my heart is my kids & their relationships with either just friends and or girlfriends & boyfriends. Weve always told them to choose wisely, always go for those with the same morals, love for Jesus & a strong family life. I see so many guys & girls not choosing wisely & parents not being involved, which is crazy! Parents these girlfriends & boyfriends are not your Babysitters to keep them out of your hair so you can go do what you want & not feel guilty. It breaks my heart to see girls go through a different guy every week and boys too. Your seeking someone to bring or make you happy instead of growing your relationship with your Heavenly father, that shows the emptiness of a void your trying to fill & hes the only one who can bring you peace & contentment. Parents please encourage your daughters in sons to love themselves & to always put Christ first in every decision. God has major awesome plans for them but it starts with us teaching this, keep them close to you & in a strong church who teaches them this. If youve not grown up in a church that taught you this, Find one now & take them it will help them from making lots of bad decisions for their future. They live what they see & their hopes and dreams can be so much more than what we would like for them. Spend quality time talking to them & spending time getting to know them & what they want in a relationship one day when their ready & in his timing. I pray over mine daily & we talk to them about EVERYTHING, no holds bar. They will learn it right or wrong somewhere so why not from us, we lobe them second strongest to the highest Father. OK, just had to share this, so tired of seeing & hearing how guys & girls are so boy crazy and going from one to another. What your searching for isnt going to be filled with those failed from the beginning relationships. Love your kids & teach them to be happy & content with who god made them & to put their faith in him not an individual.
