Something thats been on my heart lately Ive seen and spoke with many people as I have learned and grown much in last couple years. Shaping what I think about theology, doctrine and what I believe in general. And what I have noticed is that many people, including myself for a time, seem to cling tighter to what they believe/grew up believing, than what the Bible teaches. By that I mean that when they encounter something in the Bible that goes against their theological/doctrinal grain they tend to find a way around it, or simply deny it. I dont ever want that to be me. I want to be moldable to the truth of Gods word. And until I am fully redeemed and Resurrected to perfecting by God Himself I am not and cannot attain perfection and knowledge and must continue to seek Him and hold fast to the truth of the Word that he has provided. And I cant do that unless I am willing to change to be more like Him. That is my hope and daily prayer.
