Mental health nurses and attendants in the UK were still fighting for similar type accommodation in 1922-23. The Nurses home at the Hospital was upgraded in 1927. In the UK at that time staff there were just getting their first proper nurses accommodation at mental hospitals. Looks like the things were pretty good here in Tasmania…
