Something to do this weekend: Redmond-based florist and cake shop, In the Garden, are teaming up with Comfort Suites of Redmond to host the second annual Inspirations Wedding & Event Showcase on Sunday, Jan. 4, from noon to 6 p.m. at Comfort Suites (2243 SW Yew Ave., Redmond). The event is free and open to the public. The event will offer hair, nail and makeup “mini-makeovers” and provide attendees with a chance to tour honeymoon and guest rooms at the Comfort Suites-Redmond. Door prizes and giveaways will also be awarded throughout the day. Vendor spots are still available for the Inspirations Wedding & Event Show. Available booth spaces are 6-by-8 feet in size, and tables, table linens, electricity and lunch is included. The cost for a single booth space is $100.
