Something to ponder! What company would/could survive it they spent in excess of $500 million to develop a website and not test it over and over again to make sure it works before implementing it. When Henry Ford was developing Ford motor company, he was taken to task as to how he could ever expect to run a company with only a grade school education. His statement I do not know everything, but for the things that I do not understand I have a series of buttons on my desk to call for someone that does understand the thing that I dont. (in other words, he hired people that knew things that he did not) It appears that Obama has not even gone to that effort.
