Something you may not know about my dear Grace is that she struggles with anxiety. Not your typical little girl fears...in some ways, its hindered her otherwise spunky self and we are working on giving her the tools to overcome her fears. So knowing this, you have no idea how happy the following video makes me. Shes climbed down off the diving board in tears dozens of times this summers making treading water my primary workout this summer. But here she is. Rocking it without a tear or fear in sight. So proud of this sweet girl!
