Sometime as we spend time in the company of friend theres the rare person that touches you. They find a place in your heart and thats where they stay. Its funny how unconditional love can happen with no purpose, motive or reason. It simply happens because there are some of us that understand that life is about our connections. Not about how much money we make or likes we get on Facebook. Its about giving yourself freely without consideration for yourself and to turn around in a moment of vulnerability to see that person you least expected. Today I did a ride for toys for kids. Some people stayed home because the weather was bad. Some people are home taking care of sick kids while others could never afford the luxury of a motorcycle. The power of positive energy and good intention for a others well being in a prayer or passing thought can be more moving that any gift that can be given. Thank you to those that pick me up when I fall, thank you to those who walk beside me every day and thank you for believing that I am worthy of your friendship! As you tuck in your kids tonight never forget they are human beings. They are not possessions or tools that are to be used for entertainment, control or jealousy. They are what is innocent in all of us that we forget in the coffee Hen party that were once little girls that share their juice box and lunch. Never forget that you are that person and happiness is found in the innocence and rawness of who we lost in a world full of splinters. The best thing you can invest in is you and those you love.... Tucks and cuddles here we come. Take care friends and enjoy the sound of the rain in the comforts of your safe and happy homes. Today I am incredibly grateful!
