Sometimes, I get caught up worrying or pursuing and forget that it is the present moments that truly count. Its not about what happened yesterday or about what you are going to do tomorrow that matters nearly as much as what you DO TODAY. Joshua is preparing for a new school year, a new school, a new adventure and stage of life. I cannot imagine having missed tonight with him. It almost happened. I had made other plans; but, they were cancelled on me. I was disappointed. However, I see now why. God helped me be in the place I needed to be. Here with Joshua - making memories as he and I embark upon a new stage of his growth. These are truly the experiences and memories of importance. Thank you God for putting me right where I needed to be. Im one lucky Dad and revel in gratitude for the pleasure of being reminded of the opportunity.
