Sometimes I just wonder what these special advicers to our leaders are really doing their offices,bcos if theyre really working I dont see the reason some of our governors will wake up with one decision that they know itll never work and start 2 implement it.sometime ago in lagos they announced that if ure seen putting on bathroom slippers on the road ull be arrested then came another one..if u living along the highways and u spread ur washed clothes in front of ur home ull be arrested at the end e no work and 2day I woke up 2 hear about the Horn-free day in lagos..what!!!! A day 2 drive in lagos without using horns??chai I don laugh tire.do u know how many accidents they record in lagos on daily basis even while pipu freely blare dia horns??? Between 2011-2012 in lagos alone we recorded 513 fatal accidents that were caused by okada alone (officially o many were not recorded b4 some settle b4 police come around),305 of those accidents happened between jan-dec 2011,the rest betweeen jan-june 2012 and the entire accidents on road within that period was 13,398. 1st quarter of 2014 alone january-march lagos recorded 87 fatal road accidents,the FRSC sector commander was quoted as saying that January this year alone we recorded 15 deaths and 63 injured persons,february we recorded 10 dead and 46 injured persons,and march we had 6 deaths and51 injured persons...Note: all these figures are just official records there are those that were not recorded and they all happened even as people used their horns freely..and with the no horn day in lagos 2day I hope the agencies are ready 2 face whatever casualty they see even tho I know sey e no go work as I dey my house here I can hear different horns from Cele express so odieshi...police una go arrest tire bcos 2 even come out of our compound wey our deaf landlord always sits in front of the gate every morning u need 2 horn several and still shout b4 he hears u and leave d road,may were permitted 2 jus kill him 2day,mshhh Horn-free day indeed we need tins like poverty free day wia dem go share money 4 all d streets or fuel free day wia dem go share atleast 5litres of fuel 2 dos wey get generator...GD MRNG GUYS B4 I 4GET...MY NAME NA ELDER O am a comedian.
