Sometimes I really forget about how great my parents are. Sometimes I need to step back and remind myself that they really love me, and I should not be annoyed with their concern, but thankful. I seriously have fallen so hard in my past and they have always been there to help me. I am blessed to have the relationship that I do with them, especially my mom. she is the most understanding person I know, and I could go to her with anything and she would be the last to judge me. I have really come a long way in the past few years as far as my sanity and health goes, and my parents allowed me to live in their home and help me financially. Even when I try to do it all on my own, they step in and help automatically. I can honestly say I dont see many parents doing that these days for their kids. Instead we hear tragedies about parents hurting their children, and it really blows my mind. I hope that when I am a parent, I can be the kind of parent mine were to me. And I also wish that when I am older I can repay my parents and take care of them, the way they have taken care of me. I am truly grateful. Sorry to be emo, but I had an experience last night that reminded me how lucky I am.
