Sometimes I think I may be a little bit obsessive. If you are reading this and saying ya think? to yourself in a sarcastic way, I forgive you. Today, after making 25 double crusts for apple pies and an equal amount of crushed ginger cookie crusts for pumpkin pies and pumpkin cheesecakes to get a jump on the orders for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, I came home and actually made ....ANOTHER APPLE PIE. Why? Because I got to thinking that its unfair of me to make everyones pies and not make even one for my darling husband because its his favorite.
