Sometimes I think that not having an major physical transformation limits my help to others. But these things I know whether you have 10 lbs or 100lbs to lose: Starting a new exercise routine is HARD. The moves feel weird. Your body hurts. You dont always see results as quickly as youd like. Eating healthy food is HARD. You may have some tough habits to change. You may be hungry. Your family and friends might not want to adopt changes with you. The HARD doesnt last forever. Your body will start to crave good fuel and activity...it will! Keep your goals in mind and know that you wont be perfect but you will move forward. Dont stand in your own way.
