Sometimes I wonder how people can juStify making jokes about recently deceased folk, whether it be Jade Goody who tragically died a slow and agonising death, Michael Jackson and his sudden collapse and passing, Now the legend that was Robin Williams. It truly disgusts me that someone felt the need to make a joke about Robin Williams passing so I pretty much told her what I thought about her comments, unfriended and blocked her!! Depression is not a joke its not an imaginary illness, its real and making jokes about it, telling someone with said problem to get a grip or cheer up is not helpful in any way regardless how much they think it helps!! More awareness and support is the way forward also educating the ignorant about depression so they can be aware of how devastating and debilitating it really is . I wonder how the ones who think its funny would feel if jokes were made about their passing family members, bet they would-be pissed, so think before you insult the millions who have depression who will never laugh at something which is NOT a laughing matter. 😄😄
