Sometimes I wonder why some people question another persons religious life - asking: why do you have to attend so many masses?... why do you go to Adoration every day?... and adding comments like: you may overshoot heaven... or do you have so many sins to atone for?... sounding like these activities should not be done by a normal lay person... but doesnt see anything wrong with watching the same movie several times... eating buffet meals three times daily... playing internet games the whole day... smoking several packs of cigarettes daily... being a casino regular... having regular drinking sprees with buddies... Ive got this feeling that generally, people see anything in excess in our spiritual life as questionable but everything beyond moderation in the material world as acceptable &/or tolerable... Well, as I always say: Im not here to please man... the only One Im accountable to is God... God bless everyone...
